Questions
Where does the data come from?
The CMS NPPES public weekly NPI files. We filter to NPIs first issued that week.
Do rows include emails?
No. NPPES publishes practice address and phone, not email.
Can I get a real sample first?
Yes. Email us and we will send recent real rows from your state.
